A 300,000 sq ft baseball and softball complex that included 80,000 square feet of sidewalks and batting cage concrete installation. This project also meant FC was in charge of the demolition of existing tennis courts, earthwork, storm drainage and sewer install, irrigation install, lime stabilization of unsuitable soils, fine grading, concrete flatwork, and erosion control. The Softball, Baseball, and Football fields all had existing high-pressure sodium sports lighting on wood poles. The existing poles required maintenance whenever bulbs or ballasts would fail. The owner wanted better lighting levels on the fields, which is required for certain TV broadcasting requirements. The owner also had a soccer field that did not have any sports lighting.
