Fondren Construction performed a 14 acre site project for the Topgolf facility in Ridgeland, MS.  The scope of work included clearing and grubbing, earthwork, lime stabilization, site utilities, curb and gutter,  and all site concrete.  Fondren installed over 5,000 linear feet of storm drainage pipe ranging from 4 to 60 inch in diameter.  Fondren increased the flow of traffic into Top Gol and the neighboring facility by widening Sunnybrook Road.
