CAPITOL POLICE / WRIGHT AND FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME RENOVATION

A 120,000 sq ft site project that included: clearing, earthwork, storm drainage, lime stabilization, site water and sewer, erosion control, and retention pond construction. This project involved a complete overhaul, including demolition, the installation of over 2,000 linear feet of storm drainage, lime stabilization, aggregate base, trench drainage, and fine grading. Due to the confined spaces and the depth of the storm drainage installation, it was a highly technical site project. Our team also installed a foundation drain around the existing building, reaching depths of up to 15 feet with hydraulic shoring for support. Additionally, we demolished exterior concrete, poured new concrete, handled grading, and added storm drainage to bring the space up to working order for the Capitol Police.
