A 120,000 sq ft site project that included: clearing, earthwork, storm drainage, lime stabilization, site water and sewer, erosion control, and retention pond construction. A 15 month renovation and addition project. The additions made to their existing facilities were necessary for them to grow their production. The project was completed in two phases: the addition to the existing plant with additional space for equipment and production as well as additional parking and pallet storage, followed by a 60,000 SF warehouse addition. Grading and drainage, utilities, concrete flatwork and concrete foundations were all a part of our scope for this project.
